1% Listing Commission
Premium, full-service real estate support for a 1% listing-side commission (+ applicable taxes). This is our listing-side fee only — the cooperating (buyer-side) commission is separate and set by you. Professional photography, virtual tours, and standard marketing are included and, where paid upfront, reimbursed to you at closing. Optional add-ons such as professional staging are available at an additional cost.
Name Your Co-op Commission
As a seller, you have the flexibility to set your own cooperating brokerage fee. A transparent and empowering process, giving you the freedom to make informed financial decisions while receiving expert support.
Clear Selling Costs
